    You have to use unpacker to get them.

    He means patch 1.2, not 1.1. They are in the data/text folder, and you also need the strings.bin convertor to change them.

    Here is a little mod I made with all the vanilla quotes stripped out, you can add your own and it will rebuild and load in the game.
