Continue CTDs in RTRPE and MNM

Hi everybody
I'm an old rtw player and i'm from Ariminum (i bet you know where it is )

This is the first time i write here, but i start follow Rtr few years ago.
first of all, YOU ROCK GUYS!, the game is simply fantastic (gold, platinum and the mods).


Second.. i played rtrpe 1.6 for long time and never had a single ctd. Now i have installed 1.9 (in another copy of the game) but it ctds every new game after 6-7 turns..
Same thing with MNM.

I tried the ctd revolt fix but the game don't start with those files.. In the past, i had some troubles with the language (i have the italian version).. for example, if i remeber well, i installed some eng->ita translations in 1.6 version.

I would say try an reinstall....

ok i founded and resolved the problem..
It's my crap italian version of RTW (very old, on 3 cds).
every time an historic event occurs it CTDs.. the problem is explained in the installation steps of RTR but the link is broken.

no problem, it's easy to manage manually
