are the MTW 2 Mods (1.2) like Stainless Steel DLV etc.. not compatible with MTW2 Kingdoms expansion?? or can i install DLV at the installation of MTW2+Kindom??

Nope, thats why my copy of kingdoms is on the sheldf waiting for compatible versions of those mods to appear.

Moved to the Kingdoms Mod Threads.
Installing Kingdoms won't interfere with your M2TW mods and vice versa.

as above but make sure you install to the M2TW data directory and not any of the Kingdoms Data directories.
