Polish AAR
From the get go, the Poles start as a weak nation near central Europe. Although there are many nearby rebel settlements to be captured, the Poles find themselves with some strong competition from their neighbors; the Holy Order of the Cross to the north, the marauding Danes to the north-west, the Deutsch to the west, the Hungarians to the south, the Kiev Ukrainians to the east, and the Lithuanians to the north-east.
For Poland to succeed, they must first establish themselves through trade routes, alliances and taking the nearest rebel provinces. It might also be wise to try and get some port cities to increase income, and speed up travel.

The introductions ends with the start of the campaign. Poland coming off a few wars, has been slightly weakened, and must now look to reestablish themselves as a strong nation. With so many strong neighbors, they look to establish trade routes with everyone they can... and so they do. In just a few years, King Kazimierz the Chivalrous has been able to establish trade routes with: the Germans, the Teutons, Lithuanians, Kozaks, French, Hungarians. Not only that, but he has been able to create an alliance with all of those nations, and has married off his heir, Prince Leszek, to the Princess of Hungary.
Around Poland, may nations have started to take their local rebel provinces. The Irish seem to be doing well for themselves, have taken two provinces in Ireland, and are besieging two more; one in Ireland, and one in Wales.
The Poles however, have been taking their time, trying to control the world financially. Building mines and markets has seen a big increase in their economy. Starting off as the 23rd poorest nation, have moved up to the 15th richest in just a few years.
But as always, Poland can't see peace forever. A strong rebel force has established itself outside of Krakow, and the King just can't let that be...
As the Polish Army faces their first test in years, they get themselves set up on a hill...
Far to the north the Hetman's reinforcements arrive, and in due time will be set up with the initial force
In the south of the field are the rebels
Since the main hunk of the reinforcements were missile cavalry, they were able to arrive quickly, and start harassing the flanks for the armies. As they turned to set fire at the cavalry, Hetman Herman charged his main infantry force. Those are some mighty fine peasants.
In the mean time, the sneaky Polish Hetman had snuck his Nobles to flank the rebel general. They quickly charged and made short work of him.
With the enemy general fallen, the Hetman had made short work of the remaining force, only losing a few more men in the process.
“What a glorious day, Sire!”
After a glorious victory, the rebels wouldn't hope of attacking again. With that in mind, would the Polish king sit idly on his throne, or with his new momentum, would he strike at a nearby settlement, and go on the offensive? Maybe the council of Nobles will have something to say about the city of Halych...
