Default Same faction leaders model as general?

as most would have noticed that in kingdoms, faction leaders looks different on the campaighn map and in battle to normal generals or captains. But in the crusade campaign, or at lease antioch, jeruselum, and byzantines, all of their faction leaders looks like a king on the campaign map but in game looks like a normal general. this that a bug or is it just my game

    plz reply

Probably just laziness. The Teutonic leader/general/captains look different, but for example Lithuania has the same old full plate guys. The Byzantine leader looks unique now so I don't know why you mentioned him.

that's because they start off with their unique hero , but when he dies, you can see thier normal faction leader which looks the same as their family members. does anyone else have this?

I wouldn't call it laziness...they did change it where appropriate. How different would Jerusalem and Antioch look, really?

thought so. you have no point. different faction, different banners, and thanks to the differences between antioch & jerusalem different leaders.

i didn't mean that jerusalem and antoich have the same model. i meant the jerusalem faction leader model looks the same as jerusalem family member. SAME with antioch and byzantine. shouldn't faction leaders look different to family members in m2tw kingdoms?

    plz reply

Turks and Mongols would look much different because they are from vastly different cultures, regions, and religions.

Jerusalem and Antioch are both Catholic, western European crusader states run by knightly orders. They'd both be wearing standard western European stuff of the day, with a cross on their surcoat. By and large, they'd look pretty similar.

    You fail.

The special general (richard, saladin) in the Crusader campaign has its own modell every other General, new Faction Leader etc. has the Standard General modell on the Battle map.
Also the Special Feature of this Special General(richard, saladin etc.) is lost after he dies so your next Faction Leader has no special Ability just the normal General ability.

On the Campaign map every Faction Leader has a new unique modell
It will replace the normal general modell if a general becomes Faction leader.

And I was always annoyed that the Byzantine General looked like a western one with fullplate armor instead of a Byzantine armor
