need help! settlements allways auto-manage!

As in the title. Even if I choose "manage all settlements" option before I starst a campaign, after few turns all settlements begin to auto-manage them selves. Can anybody help me?

it's ok, problem solved.

Just rename the preference.cfg file to preference.txt, then open it with the notebook and change the "micromanage_all_settlements=0" string to "micromanage_all_settlements=1". It won't effect saved games, but will work on new campaigns.
