i m reinstalling RoP and hope i could play battle by deleting preference.txt
My question is : can i start RoP from the BI exe , just by creating a new shortcut of Bi exe and adding -show_err -mod:

You can only use the RTW 1.5 exe, and we don't use the -mod:mymod switch.
My advise is to make a copy of a RTW 1.5 installation, and install ROP to that.
