6. optimize your computer for gaming by creating seperate user account just for gaming, turning off all unnecessary processes and stuff in the background

Uh, well. You can go to Run, and then open msconfig. Go to the tabs, Services.....check "Hide all Microsoft Services" and then un-check everything that's left. Then go to "Start-up" and disable everything.
When I did this, and un-checked everything in Services, it made starting up Firefox really slow, but can increase performance in games.
To make a new account, go to Control Panel, User Accounts, and then Create new User.
