    not exactly...the slow, etc...in that animation is the movement speed...fast_2H blablabla can run faster and slow run slower. the fighting animations remain the same. so the fast guys generally run faster than the slow guys. the value in the EDU is applied generally to all terrains so that the unit is faster in swamps or whatever...
