Unfortunately they use the same speech set as Hungary, Poland, Russia, etc. in M2TW, so there are only short speeches.

It should be possible to make the Teutonic knights speak with a proper German accent, or better even, German. Check out the Xenophonia mod, they're working on a version for Kingdoms.

Luckily they speak german in the german version.
