What exe you play with has little to do with the game stability. In other words, from what has been reported so far, playing with Bi exe is just as stable/unstable as playing with RTW.exe. You can play vanilla RTW with BI.exe just as well.

That sarcasm is pretty useless. A lot of people play with Bi exe only because the mini mod they had installed on top is designed to be played as such(there are a number of them who are very popular). Those mini mods change a good deal of things so it is completely irrelevant if people using them had experienced any CTD. You should have specified what you are using in the first post instead of trying to be smart in the second.

I play RTRPE (mod switch version) with BI.exe, and the only CTD I ever had was caused by Sinuhet's AI formations mod.
