Whenever I launch the batch file the vanilla game launches,I would love to play your mod so please tell me of any solution. I am also using Kingdoms if that matters
edit:I have found a way to make the game work and it is a very good mod.. good job.

I'm trying out this mod for the first time today, and I'm enjoying many of the features you have implemented.
I have a bug to report:
Mission time frames are not properly adjusted to match the increased number of turns required to construct buildings.
Example:
The Pope can give mission instructions to construct a church within 5 turns in a recently conquered province.
Constructing a church now takes 4 turns rather than 1.
Completing this mission on time requires players to immediately halt to anything they are constructing mid-project to get this done on time.

Hey Scytha, I am really interested in your mod but I have some questions for you. Is the campaign ai just like vanilla's, the same like does not submit even when they are trampled, does not honor alliances and back stabs you regularly, and randomly declares war? Or did you edit it. And is it compatible with the BBB mod? Thanks in advance.

Reality Mod is a Grand Campaign mod. If you want to play the Reality Mod's Grand Campaign, launch the realitymod2.bat and play the Grand Campaign. If you want to play the vanilla game, use that's original launch files. The Reality Mod is not tested with any other mods.

The costs of the buildings is well synchronized with the Reality Mod's half-year/turn setting. The bonus is the costs of the military and other units. Those are unchanged, and this means a virtually quarter price for every unit.

Hey I'm using vista and when i start your modd with the .bat it says i need admin rights blah blah but ive given it the rights. still doesnt do anything got any ideas how to make it work?

First off, I'm using the Kingdoms CD.
Is this mod not compatible with it or something? It keeps telling me to insert the correct disc, so I've taken it out and put it back in, restarted my computer, etc. My dad is borrowing my original M2TW, so if this works for Kingdoms, that would be radtastic.

Great little mod you have going here - +rep to you,
my advice is to not add any more now, since you risk the idea of it being a simple additions to the Vanilla game, if you add more then it defeats what you were trying to achieve.

- Royal Mode turned off
- Lower Hungary's settlement now is Bihar, not Várad
- Slavonia region changed to Bosnia region
- Dalmatia and Ragusa are two different regions. Dalmatia's settlement is Zara, under venetian control.
- Byzantium and Sicily are in peace at the start of the game (Historically, they were in peace between 1073 and 1081)
- Minor fixes and enhancements

The Reality Mod isn't a Kingdoms mod. It's working with the vanilla Med2 with 1.2 patch. I hope, you will enjoy the Reality Mod very soon!

I found a bug...
I started a game with the HRE (just testing), and noticed that the image from the Galley unit when you see it's details is of a peasant from Rome: Total War. Funny thing!
