Is there something wrong with my game?

i just checked custom battle to have a look at units of factions in the britannia campaign and there are very few units in each faction.

What happend to all the units?

When you make a game change the period to "All". It's set to Early by default.

It confused me at first too.

thanks for the quick reply.....i thought it might have something to do with that but i couldnt see any settings to do with period and figured they werent bothered making units for the game

I made the same mistake with the Byzantines....
thought some of my favored troops had gone
