I've been tinkering with files, using trial-and-error, since I can't find any information which deals with this, but I'm just desperate for help on this matter since everything I've done has no effect (other than an error) on the game.

Is it possible to remove a general's rally ability so I can instead use the open(close)-phalanx ability?
