    Medieval II: TW v1.3 contains the following changes:

    Core Medieval II settlement data updated to function correctly with Medieval II: Kingdoms.
    Fixes some instances of floating settlements in Medieval II: TW and Medieval II: Kingdoms.
    Updates version number to 1.3

    Doesn't do much eh? lol i have version 1.4 D:

    1.3 was released with the Kingdoms Expansion pack (1.4 is the expansion pack.)

    as to 1.3 being released for download... well i'm not to sure. i will go check the site for you.

    No it is not released for download or its just not on the total war website yet. your only options are to wait or buy the expansion pack.
