Changing Unit Maintainence Costs

Hi all,

I want to change the maintainence costs for all units. How do I do this?

Go to main folder/thelongroad/data

Open Export_descr_unit

The rest is explained at the top of the file.

There maybe a quicker way then by hand, I don't know.
