unit stamina and rate of recovery??

hey, i'm just gonna paste in my question here that i asked in another forum, 'cause i didn't get any answers.....

anyone know how to increase these?
i mean, this game hasn't really counted the adrenaline, which - in a battle - should have a huge effect, especially if you're winning.
and they recover too slowly. when i sprint i just need 2-3 minutes to almost fully recover.
sure i don't wear loads of armor and other equipment, but i doubt my stamina is as good as theirs....

These thing don't have a parameter. You can't change them directly.
BUT there are some specs for each unit that are related.
Attributes like highly_trainned are given to better units to reflect their stamina & energy.
Look in the export_descr_unit.txt file for more. You will get the hang of it.
