    Icon7 SPQR extension pack 1.0

Here it is, all my works gathered in a single zip file. Enjoy!
The separate downloads will be discontinued, only this pack will be updated. Please report feedback/problems/suggestions!

    Features
    - Semi-automatic script activation. When you load your game, the first time you click on a city the advisor will pop-up. You have just to click on her face and then on "show me how", and the script is activated. You'll never forget again!
    - Trade fix. Ports were relocated in the campaign map, so that your cities will have more trade partners. More little ships trading around!
    - Superpowers fix. More money is given to small factions, and financial punishment comes for the ones that extend too much. In this way we avoid both AI factions getting killed and AI becoming superpowers.
    - Minor fixes. Illyrian mercenaries have correct skin, Praetorians show both soldiers and officers of the same color when playing as Julii.
The extension pack is savegame compatible.

    Original Threads

The next updates for the trade fix will be directly included in the extension pack. The stand-alone fix will be discontinued.
I prefer not to maintain so many files separated, the chance of errors increases too much, best to have all the sheeps in one pasture.

Are you referring to the little trade ships? This shouldn't happen. Try to get new drivers for your video card, switch to Win XP if you have Vista, try to modify your graphic settings.

It is, but it won't bring back dead factions in your campaign!

My pack is like all the attachments in this forum. Do the others work? Try with another browser, or try with right click and "save as". In rare cases you could have this problem if you are behind a firewall or a proxy.

    Thanks dude, appreciate it.
Should reduce the headache I'm having.
I see the universe. I see the patterns. I see the foreshadowing that proceeds every moment, of every day. It's all there. I see it, and you don't. And I have a surprise for you. I have something to tell you about the future...

I can't download. It just gives me a white screen.

    Why's that?

maybe it was the trade ships, but maybe not. all i kno is when i put in the fix, the map would take forever to react. i have xp, and i've set my graphic settings to low or lowest.

Ah, it downloaded. Thanks a bunch. The Selucids will have a chance now... Oh wait, they're dead .

Did they die? The poor Seleucids!
    What turn you are?
The Selecids are always in some danger... a good improvement would be to give them an extra starting province, but it's a lot of work... and I'm feeling so lazy lately...

Its 207 BC. I would have liked to fight the Selucids endgame, but it's ok. I think with your fix the Selucids won't need the extra provinces.

By the way, you are anything but lazy with all of those lines of code. I can barely write recursive formulas in Java.

Do you mean that you applied my pack after the campaign was started? That would easily account for Selucids' disappearance. But they could be killed even with my fix if a strange combination of chance decides so.
The problem with the Seleucids is that they are on a crossroad, and everyone seems to dislike them. So it's difficult to keep them alive. That is not a problem of money (they have enough), it's simply too much enemies around.

In the script file there is really a ton of code, but only few lines were actually written by me.
