I was playing Shogun Total War the other day and I was just amazed at how old it looked... It was a great game, but I am still awed at how far the look of Total War has evolved in six short years:


So I propose a toast... to six years of Total War and for the future of TW, Empire and beyond. Who knows how amazing PC gaming will be six years from now.

I've been playing STW (got it with my preorder of Kingdoms) and the graphics are pretty bad. Its still fun, but I agree with you.

I preordered and DIDN'T get it :0( I would love to compare because I came to playing TW right after shogun... I don't even know who to complain to >.<
None the less the games haven't just upgraded in looks, gameplay has always gone up.
