What's the best Difficulty Setting for each Campaign?

As you can tell I already have a slot saved for a Scottish AAR I was making, but the only thing is I'm picking up my game tomorrow.

So, in the meantime, I'd like to ask, what do you think is the best difficulty level for the game---and BTW, I've never played any game in my entire life below "Medium/Normal" difficulty.

IMO Hard/Hard is the best way to play any TW game but if you are making an AAR then you might want to try Normal/Normal. Don't want to get your arse spanked then have to post the screen shots of said spanking do you. Oh and good luck with the AAR.

I always set the battle difficulty to "VH" since the AI is no match otherwise. In M2TW this doesn't give the AI any morale bonuses or other such things like it did in RTW so it has become a real option this time around.

Campaign AI is another story. Your relations with other factions deteriorate automatically on "H" and even faster on "VH" so I would go with "M" or "H" there.

I'm starting a teutonic campaign on H/VH right now!
