    Where are the txt files for permanent fortifications? How can I introduce them into the Teutle Campaign?

    Ok, but have you any idea? I cannot find that file even after unpacking.

    Just add a text line at the bottom of the descr_strat (Medieval II Total War\mods\crusades\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign). The numbers represent the location where the fort will be placed.

    I thought the Retrofit mod by Unspoken Knight allowed this? Maybe you can use it as a base for your mod?

    han891, the beginning of descr_strat.txt says this:

    You also have to include the various new Kingdoms parameters in the descr_campaign_db file. Look at the Crusaders and Britannia descr_campaign_db files for examples of the entries you'll need.

    Thanks for the insight. It's greatly appreciated.

    My last question is how can I change the standard wooden fort to the new stone fort? I've found the files for the strat map under

    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\british_isles\data\models_strat\residences

    I can't find how to change it so it's the stone fort on the battle screen. Any thoughts?
