problem with 1.3...help

hey,i am having a little problem when instaling 1.3 patch,the error message says: "invalid or missing target C:\\Program Files\Medieval II Total War\packs\data_0.pack Update cannot be continued." what is the problem? how can i solve it?

I had the same problem. Just reinstall M2TW and it should work fine
