for the love of god....help

hey,i am having a little problem when instaling 1.3 patch,the error message says: "invalid or missing target C:\\Program Files\Medieval II Total War\packs\data_0.pack Update cannot be continued." what is the problem? how can i solve it?

i have no idea but if i were you i would just reinstall m2tw and then try again.

i had it done about 3 times....in my opinion the problem is in my patch

I have that problem too, but miraclely the game continues working without any problem. Now I can play all four games and I find no problem to run them.

It took almost all of the afternoon yesterday, installing this program/s!

It would not install unless I had the unpatched Medieval 2 installed - of course, I had the 1.2 version - so, I had to uninstall the whole program, reinstall it, and then run the expansion pack installations, which took longer to install than any other program I have put on my PC - especially the patch files!

Having said that, I did enjoy playing it last night, the new music is very nice.

Same problem as you! But my MTW2 wass broke so i can't install mtw 2 kingdoms the install just doesn't work.

Played it at a friends house though it's a great game.
