It took me 50 years to take down TSE, now Germania is double as strong, no way I will start a new piracy run And I would need a second strong faction to fight Germania too, but there is nobody LEFT! Carthage is dead and the free people can only recruit units in a small number of cities.
I gave Rome a second chance, now they are on their own, Victory or Annihilation, fight or die But hey, Rome will still keep Britannia, the Roman Empire of Britannia ready to enslave Asia, Africa and America

As said before, let Germania win a world war, then launch a big scary invasion. Start spamming large armies so that they fill your islands. Then kick Germanian (or Roman or Carthaginian or Free People) butt. If you want, get the Free People to do the fight for you (leave cities) or simply fight D-Day style.
