Cannot Load Kingdoms

I am in the UK and I cannot get my computer to launch it. I have bought a 2nd copy because I thought I might have faulty disc. It either just sits in the DVD drive and nothing happens or I can get it to launch through ''My Computer'' but it then says ''could not apply changes to MIITW'' and it throws me out.

I have uninstalled MIITW and reinstalled it to have a clean copy on file.

I am going mad. All my drivers are updated and the DVD drive can read the MIITW disc no problem so I do not have a problem with my computer. But both discs are equally difficult.

Anyone else with these problems or can anyone help? Thanks.

This has happened with me too. I tried techincal help too, and they could'nt help.

I don't think it will repair your problem, but...

If your game seems to not be able to verify the DVD, I think it is a problem with the new protection.
However if you can load the splashing screen until the movie and here if it crashes, try that:
