Britannia Campaign a graphical mess

After having fun on the other three Kingdoms campaigns, I thought I'd try my hand as Scotland in the Britannia campaign. However, as soon as I load up the campaign, the screen is a complete mess.

The coloured bars with the city's name are huge, there is no bottom control bar with Army, City, Agent tabs etc. most things are blocky and white.

I have no idea what's going on, but all the other campaigns work no problem.

I am trying a clean install, but I haven't even touched anything since the first install.

I have screenshots, but I can't view TGAs so I don't really know what to do with them.
