Looking to help out with a MOD

First time poster here. I would greatly like to join a MOD team as I find myself with too much free time these days. There are a few problems with this. One, I don't know which MOD team to join, two I have very few skills. I don't think you could even call me a level one programmer, though I have some slight experience in that field. I DO have a good imagination, am highly intelligent and have come up with some fairly original ideas. I'm also willing to learn if anyone is willing to teach in this wonderful world of modding. The two MODs I found most intriguing were the Midkemia MOD, based on the books by my favorite author Raymond E. Feist, and the Long Road MOD. I joined the seperate forum of the Midkemia MOD but am unsure of how to contact the head MOD person. Also, I forgot where I found that MOD at. The Long Road MOD looked intriguing, but I'm not sure how I could help them out. If anyone could help me out in deciding which MOD to join and where my "skills" would best be put to work at, I would highly appreciate it. I am going to drop a line at the Long Road MOD forum.

Hey, yes, I would like to help out. I would very much like to learn scripting, and if someone is willing to teach me, I would be greatful. I will be away for most of the weekend, but a lot of the weekdays I will be mostly free. Anyway, let me know where I sign up. Thanks.
