Rome: Total War launches a other random game
I've had enough. I've had this problem way too long now. As I attempted to launch Rome: Total War and Europa Barbarorum last year, the computer launched Battlefield Vietnam for reason unknown. So I uninstalled Battlefield Vietnam as I thought there must have been some odd connection there. And When I attempt to launch Rome: Total War or Europa Barbarorum now with Battlefield Vietnam uninstalled, it launches Need For Speed Underground 2.
This makes no sense whatsoever to me. It appears as if my computer picks another game at random to launch. I've attempted to reinstall Rome: Total War, Europa Barbarorum and all games it seemed to have been connected with. But It still picks a game at random.
Anybody have the same problem? Further yet, anybody know how to fix this? Thanks,
Nutsack

Try starting RTW from the hard drive
The problem could be a shortcut with the wrong path on your desktop

Busy!!!

Do a virus scan, there might be one that's changing shortcuts.

Re: Rome: Total War launches a other random game
Actually I am launching the game right from the harddrive, which is why I really can't seem to think of why the computer launches another game. I guess I'll have to reinstall my OS to get this fixed. It's the only way as far as I see it.

Do what Roman Clone said and run a virus scan and if that comes up with nothing then reinstall R:TW and Europa Barbarorum. If that doesn't work then complain!
