I want to use Norman knight skins for dismounted christian guard..how?

How do I do this?

I tried to just change the info in the export desc unit file and the units were invisible.

I then looked into the modeldb file and my head exploded. What exactly do I need to change in the modeldb? I plan on doing it by hand since I'm only changing one or two units.

I'm not 100% percent sure of this(so backup files) but I imagine that you will have to copy the norman knights textures and meshes rename them to what the Christian Guards textures and meshes are then replace them no modding of the models file I don't think anyway. Good Luck!

Hey again. Where do I find the meshes and texture files? I'm using Kingsbanner mod and the only texture files I see are for the entire faction. In unit_models there are folders for different types of armor, but they're for the entire faction, not specific units.

I believe you have to unpack the m2tw files first. not sure but try it anyway.
