Default What to do with a broken disc?

Recently a disaster happened. I was installing Rome: Total War, and when i was getting the second disk out of the box it suddenly snapped while I was trying to get it out. I don't want to discuss the actually snapping, but I'm wondering what to do with it now. Can I post the disk to the creative assembly and get it fixed for a fee or will I have to buy another copy of the game? I've had the game since october 2005 when I got it second hand.

Edit: My apologies for posting this in the wrong forum. If one of the moderators see this can you move it to technical help?

Is it still installed? Because I think you only need the first disk to play. Otherwise, you will have to buy a new copy (which probably means getting Gold).

Dammit, I have BI seperately. However, I can borrow my friend's Rome Total War just use his second disk, then use my first disk to play. I'd much rather like to have all three in so I didn't have to ask him for the disk every time I want install it.

Maybe because people play mods and you have to uninstall every time you want another mod.

He Could Just Keep Many Folders Of 1.0 and Rename them till he needs to use them.

You could contact CA and see about a replacement disk, but typicaly the user must pay for postage to return the broken disk, then a shipping and handling charge for the "free" replacement.

Lots of options on E-Bay for less than $20.00. Or $19.99 at bestbuy, probably less at places like Wal-mart.
