    Default Marriage and children question

Hi im about 100 years into my scotland campaign and ive got a problem. Usually my generals get wives soon and then start having children however in my third-fourth generation only 2 people have gotten married and i only have about 3 kids on the way...my unmarried generals are getting old and my king and prince arent married either. Does the game set a limit to the amount of generals u can have and therefore limits the marriages/children?

Yes and its quite frustrating from a realism point of view.

Suddenly you go from 1-2 kids being born per turn to nothing over a long period despite having many generals married.

If this wasn't hardcoded, maybe TLR could have more children being born but some dying young as well as older generals becoming syphilitic ( I can hear the 'hey that's my best General!' cries already.)
