This file keeps making my life hell, I don't know what it is.... and it just sits in temp stopping me from being able to clean my comp properly and refusing to be deleted, I tried ccleaner on it and it didnt work.
The name is Jar_Cache50172, and every time i try to delete it a message says access denied, and any program which disturbs it shuts down.
Let's just hope they were fascist communist kittens who were on their way to international fascist communist fair.

Boot your computer in safe mode, as an administrator, and nuke it. If it still gives the same message, use unlocker on it and try again
