Can't load .tga.dds

Hi, I just loaded up Photoshop with the interest of modding.

I installed the Nvidia DDS utillities and the thumbnail viewer but I still cannot open them with Photoshop CS2.

Any ideas or did I just miss something?

What sort of message do you get when u try and open one?

Sorry about wrong thread.

I can still see them in the windows explorer viewer (the side panel in the folder).

The error message is as follows: "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document."

Pretty sure, it's the DDS_Plugin.

I've had a look around the net and that is the right one and it does work for CS2, unless you have a conflict with another filter you've Dl'ed or your running a Mac, the only other explanations might be A) corrupted download B) installed incorrectly. Have you tried draging and dropping textures into PS?, might work, if not I can only suggest DL'ing and install again.

Hmmm, it turns out that it is a different thing that you posted than which I got from one of the other threads in a stickied mod help. I had DDS utilities and this seems to be a 'Nvidia Photoshop Plugins' programs..

Hmm.. It's working now. Thanks alot! Now I can start my horrible attempts at skinning models.
