rtr multiplayer hotseat problem

yeah.. when i install rtr platinum 1.9 or whatever i can't find a way to play it with multiple people or the hotseat thingy.
does it have that option? and how and where to i click

There is no such option in RTW or BI, and as far as i know, no-one has made a working mod that implented a hotseat multiplayer.

However, M2TW Kingdoms will have one
