    Default Retrofit Mod 1.0 released

    The Retrofit Mod retrofits various Medieval II Total War (M2TW): Kingdoms features, improvements and bug fixes to vanilla M2TW. This mod can be used as it is, or as a base to create additional M2TW: Kingdoms mods.

    Outstanding! If it's not too long of an explanation, how does one retrofit the ability to control AI reinforcements?

    An awesome feature, IMHO.

    A segway from that would've been a patch to go along with Kingdoms, but it seems to have been swept under the carpet (then again, was there ever a carpet? Us patch Nazis probably caused them to put it under the floorboards ^^)

    I suppose it will not convert the GC Aztecs into a full working faction or provide the new units to factions common to both GC and Kingdom campaign? Anyhow I am sure I am I can manage.

    Before I get a chance to go home and install this, can someone tell me whether it ports Kingdoms features into MTW2 or does it move the MTW2 campaign into Kingdoms. I presume it is the former. Thanks

    Well considering this is a mod...It doesn't change kingdoms or the grand campaign..what it does is it runs as a mod that has changes to the grand campaign and the changes are mostly the kingdoms balance and AI changes...so in theory its a mod by itself and not a patch that modifies the original M2TW itself...

    Thanks, I know that. Perhaps I haven't made it clear. The question is has it moved the GC to run under Kingdoms.exe, or is it still running MTW2.exe with Kindgoms features. This is important from the perspective of modding to merge all factions into one GC.
    I'll be installing it tonight when I get home anyway so I'll find out myself but was trying to get an early headsup
