People who have Kingdoms, what are these new agents? i understand the Native Americans have a scout of some sort? What about the other 8?
Btw, how is the new music? Can't wait to hear the Native American stuff.
Thanks in advance.

The Native Americans do have a scout, which as far as I can tell is in leiu of a spy. Emissary=diplomat. Wise man=priest.
I think that's three. :/
The music in my Apache campaign feels authentic, really sets the atmosphere.
Hmm, perhaps there is different agents for the other campaigns as well?
Good to hear the music is immersive, the 3 Native tracks in MTW2 I just loved, I can't wait to hear the new ones![]()
I really like the Native American music as well.
I don't find the Native American assassin and spy as useful as I would in vanilla game, because there aren't that many people to assassinate. But I suppose it should be useful if dealing with European generals as they are tough to kill (3 HP).
also there are explorers (diplomats), guides (spies), and missionaries (priests)
Yeah, the nine new agents are just renamed: they're just the spy, diplomat, and priest, which is what I was expecting, actually. They've been reskinned and really add to the overall feel. So, not really much of a selling point, to tell you the truth. The music, on the other hand . . .
WILL ROCK YOUR FACE OFF! I'm so serious. This expansion is the most immersive add-on I've ever played (and I have played several). The music, combined with the reskinning make this game pretty convincing.
Seriously, eight thousand thumbs up for the music. It's unique and it feels right.

Ditto. Can't say enough about the music. Beyond phenomenal.
And the reskinned agents are pretty cool and definitely help immersion.

One thing TW always does well is the music, I am glad to hear this has continued, and will hear myself tomorrow (or today even)

:hmmm: dident a potcast from ca mention a new byzantine agent, that were able to enter enemy armies and make the soldiers disloyal
The music is pretty good but the vioces are driving me crazy. Its like they dubbed a white actor from the fifties dressed Ndun and got him to do the vioce overs. Also I think the aleged Apaches look more like quarter bloods. 1 more thing, totem poles, totem poles, totem poles. Overall I say they did them alright better than the usual fantacy induns that hollywood makes with consulting a single brown person.
is all this praise of the music in general, or only for the americas campaign?
Under the patronage of Lord Condormanius (12.29.08)"Yes, I know why the leaf is turning yellow. Its a lack of chloroform."
The Teutonic campaign's music is amazing. The Britannia music is good.
Haven't played the crusades campaign though.
The native tracks played anytime there was a battle fought in the americas. Just like middle eastern music played anytime a battle was fought in northern africa/middle east.
Cool, never played through to the world is round; never fought americans.
M2TW did have very good music. I only wish it changed a little as the ages progressed.
