So who do I have to pay to get started on new skins?

Hey folks,

The expansion is very cool. Lots of new features, interesting new approaches, etc. However, on par with rome total war and m2tw, many of the skins leave much to be desired. Some of them are outright dreadful.

After playing with realistic looking skins like Stainless steel, kingsbanner, whitewolf's, burrek's, etc, I'm having a hard time getting into these generic, and ultra bright, neon troops that remind me of my neices and nephews soccer uniforms.

So I ask, has anyone starting screwing around with the skins? Does anyone have any plans on redoing the skins? Are there any intentions on doing some full, quality mods like stainless steel? And finally, if no-one has answered yes to any of those questions, who do I have to pay to get started on new skins?
