New regions-my style.

Well I have created some new regions myself, and this is not a mod. or some kind of release. it is mostly so that you can see the provinces, and they might be included in the game.

But sadlu I have seen one big mistake, Although I might be able to change it, if not. I hope somebody is able to do so. Well i got the big mistake, sadly i can't do anything about it. I accidentaly made the map smaller in paint, so to the east, all of it there comes a small province, noone can pass there. it is called " North America" not my creation. Sadly I made it when making my last city, Thebes. Talk about luck. Although the game itself haven't been affected by it. It is a bit ugly

I made all from the beginning again, this time I hope no mistakes. Atleast I haven't seen any.

No, Because I ruined the damned map.

I can only think of one way to make it good again.
What are the colour codes for water? And when i expand the map, will I make the picture in paint larger? the map thing, and the white part that comes up. That is the expanded space? or must I do much with heights and stuff too?
If not, I will take some days and re-create all provinces ( ****)

If not, i am going to play this for atleast 3 months with this ugly thing. haha I knew this **** would happen Anyway, I will send the last pictures soon, and Zeph if you like them. It is pretty easy to do them, or maybe ask someone else. for now. Nothing is going pretty well here

nice pics indeed , but in my opinion you should put baku near of the caspian sea

well I have started to do all my work, from the beginning ( ****)

So before any more pics are coming, it will take 2-3 days probably.

I put Baku north of Tabriz, so I could later create another province ( Khinalyg) were both Georgia and Khwarezm could expand to take control of the Caspian. Baku will be a castle next time.

if you don't wanna re-start over and over again, make region by region and text 1 by 1, for you don't restart again everything ~_~ *my own experience*

Thanks Ataegina, but that is exactly how I did it. Sadly my mistake was that I didn't notice that big fault, until I was to upload the pictures, whhere I saw that Next to Basrah, there is a large province from north to south, thin but long. And then I understood my mistake.

anyhow, i created 3 provinces in 1 hour, so in 2-3 hours I should be done. And the best is, I got a port for Athens this time

actually it is only Silves and khinalgy left, which i will make later.

then I'll start on new ones. although Thebes and Melilla didn't turn out as good as they were.

That's great! So how many provinces are now in the mod? I mean in total..

if you accept my suggestion, silves should be mixing of christian-muslim town, since this have been a royal city, and also for centuries having own title of kingdom.

kingdom of portugal and kingdom of algarve...

for more this have only been captured by crusaders on middle of 13 century

Well I haven't created Silves yet, it is the only " Old" Province I didn't create because I made a big mistake doin it, instead I created Diyarbakir, and I have just made Sinop, although Sinop is to be tested.

I don't know how many provinces there are, think of. I have created 13 Provinces for the Ieuano and Carnium mod.


Note: I would appreciate if somebody told me a city in the south part of italy ( south of Naples)

as i said once, messina its good option, good sea port, very used on crusades times, or brindisi

if you put in ireland can we get atleast 3 city's added to the land there? also shouldnt scotland get a strong hold on the orkney islands in the western edge of water? thats an old stronghold of the st. claire/sinclaire family who were templars, creators of roslan chappel where supposedly the templar treasures were buried etc anyhow it has history. and are we still going to get holy sites and places of interest added? if so we could start a thread for that and get some feedback on it. i know of several that might be great additions.

to do that, its neede modify the islands on map (be big enough to hold city+ port) and space to landing

Does anyone know a good tutorial about how to create an Island, or change the map heights and those stuff on the already existing mountainious areas?

I have created some more provinces, among those Astrakhan, Cork and Jawf.
