building_battle.txt and export_buildings.txt unpacked?

Anyone got these already converted from the strings.bin files? I've tried to install Python but something is not working right on my system. If anyone got these already un-packed, could you pretty please let me know? Or if someone knows of a different converter

I haven't thoroughly tested it but it's output seems to be identical to Alpaca's tool. It does require version 2 of the .Net Framework (built into Vista or from the optional section on the Windows Update site for XP, if you haven't already got it).
