    Default New System

    Ahoy,

Miracle of miracles, I have won a shiny new Geforce 8800gts. I do however... not have a PC capable of making it any use other than a rather ugly ornament. So! Now I am once again gainfully employed, I'm going to try to scrape together enough saving (baring in mind I already live on a student budget ) the cash to get a new system.

I am thus far considering this combination:

Not bad for £310 - £10 over what I wanted to pay, so that's all good. Unless of course... anyone knows a better deal

That hard drive needs to be replaced with a SATA hard drive (the one you selected is IDE).

    I recommend this instead:

Amazingly fast drive and a 5 year warranty, for a few pounds more.
