Re: Revolt
You will need to that via the script file that is located in the campaign directory. You will need to specify the settlement name, the faction (slave), and the units to be recruited.
For some suggestions on how to do this check out Klink's garrison script.

Re: Revolt
Is it possible to make a script that tells the spawned armies to attack a specified settlement?

Re: Revolt
Yes.
Spawn the army then use this command:
Identifier: siege_settlement
Parameters: attacking_character, settlement_name [,maintain|attack]
Description: Instruct the character to siege the settlement
Sample use: siege_settlement Gaius Julius, Rome, attack
Class: SIEGE_SETTLEMENT

Re: Revolt
How do I make the spawn random between two dates (like the mongol inasion) without using appearing event scrolls?

Re: Revolt
Code it just like the events but remove the part that calls the scroll.
