Phalanx

Are there phalanx in this game like rtw or just schritlrom.

Pikemen do a similar technique but there only realy effective when standing still but the pikemen are like a Wall if your bridge fighting.

Yeah there is no more phalanx in Medieval 2. Like Obi-Wan said the pike wall is very similar to it. But the real old phalanx is not in the game.

Actually there is a similar formation called the shieldwall. But you have to add it in and its a bit bugged atm, but I'm working on fixing the animation for the formation for Polemarchia: Total War so you can use it as a phalanx.
