4th Family Generation infertile
I always got the same problem the 4th generation of my familiy Members is not marriying or if they marry they seem to be infertile because no offsprings are born...
so all my Generals are currently of old age and there are no new ones available to take thier place...
thats always happening with every faction
does somebody know why or how to prevent this?

Re: 4th Familiy Generation infertile
You have too many generals relatively to the number of your cities. Get more cities and they will start making children like crazy.

Yeah and have them win some battles. They become more appealing if they are a winning General/Family Member, meaning they will be offered brides to get married.

Re: 4th Familiy Generation infertile
The number of generals depends on the number of cities, yes. In one of my campaigns I had a general for every city. the Royal family only had about two male children lined up to become generals, however once half of my generals died of old age within 4 turns of each other, and having rapidly doubled my territory, my generals were pumping (no pun intended) out the children.
