Default Binding Troops or Increasing units number

I've seen some videos and i noticed some players have units of 120 units, for example: 120 Spear-Militia

Must i bind two unit cards into one? if so, how?
    or
Must i do something else to increase unit number?

    thanks

Go to game settings and turn unit sizes up to huge.

I'm not sure if it affects existing campaigns though. I changed mine back to Large today but nothing happened in my existing Turkish campaign.

Changing unit size will only affect NEW campaigns not current. And unlike RTW Unit size doesn't affect the number of population required to train forces.

Which is stupid. I believe that everything should be to scale with unit size (city population, city size)

Also, keep in mind that it may change your game's performance depending on your video card and the battles will be longer.
