i'm happy my pictures are well received. they look like from the movie, aren't they? unfortunately, my cpu and graphics card arent strong, so pictures quality isnt the best.
im using "-movie_cam" command as switch in shortcut command line (same as -show_err). as i know, using it is available in replay only. so play custom battle, save replay, then load and you will see magnificent views you never seen before.
here are controls (roughly):
8 move forwards
2 move back
1 move left
3 move right
4 pan left
6 pan right
+ on number pad pan upwards
- pan downwards
* on num pad move down
/ on num pad move up
Enter play movie
Space stop
Num lock (removes blue timeline)
Esc brings up menu
Happy screenshooting!
here are two pictures, not for admiration, just for fun.
first screenshot is picture of invisible langobardi general. taken before battle start. and second is my flying squadron of horse archers.

He's using the activated in-game cam editor. I think you have to enable it by editing target line on the desktop shortcut but I can't remember the exact words. I'll do some research when I get back from work this afternoon!
They had levitation?! Amazing!
No, no, you're wrong - I am sure he's got a general with the 'Force Levitation' attribute, often written as 'No, I'm your Daddy . . .'![]()
this is the battle of Bagin as depicted by a 5th century AD artist.

How can you not love those elephants!!!
Really nice units, Heavy cavalry armour looks awesome..![]()
Btw, those elephants looks familiar to me, from Res Gestae I guess :hmmm:
These shots are great. Imagine what they would look like ported to the MTWII engine.
