User Submitted Screenshots

Hi people, fans of Invasio Barbarorum and friends!

I've the intention to launch a sort of "competition" amongst the players here: a screenshot competition to be precise.

RULES:
- Everyone could post here a max of 3 screenshot until 30 september.
- Screenshots have to be of Invasio Barbarorum mod - obviously other mods does not count!
- Screenshot could be of ingame units, action, etc; we suggest to use the -movie_cam device for getting better shots.
- Screenshots could be refined with photoshop devices (e.g., make them sepia, black and white, light effects, blood, etc) - unless they're alterating significatively the units ingame. In that case, the screenshot would not be considered valid, but another one could be posted to replace it.
- The judgement on the "best screenshot of september" will be made by pool for a couple weeks after 30 september.

PRIZE:
- The best screenshot will be used for a loading screen for the next version of Invasio Barbarorum 7.1

If I turn on the grass options, I get massive slow-down/frame-rate.

I am a first time poster but a long time follower of IBFD. I have a screenshot I want to enter in the contest. I don't kow if I am linking this correctly but here goes.

Pardon my ignorance, but can someone tell me how to create pictures. When I do a print screen, all I get is a black screen.

Me too, and I've just downloaded fraps (www.fraps.com) and take shots manually using it instead.

The free version makes bmps, which you can then open and re-save as jpg using MS paint.

join up and then upload your pics to your folder. It will then show them and underneath will be a list of copy options. Click on the last one and then paste the result in your text where you want the pic to show. It will magically appear once you preview the text here so you can double check it. Looking forward to seeing your screenshots!
