Typing sure takes awhile. Worse then using 1 finger. Quite amazed none the less. Now my girlfriend can check movie listings/weather/stores without bothering me.

It took 8 months to get my hands on one. Another 2 months to hook it up online.

Eh ... what browser are you using? It would be interesting to see how a browser such as Firefox works on a Wii.

It seems like a variant of Opera is the only browser available for Wii, and it costs money. But that's from a superficial Google search. I'd imagine preexisting browsers would need to be significantly modified to work on it, since it uses a custom operating system.

Yeap the browser is opera which cost 500 wii points [$5]. To type its just a keyboard on the screen using the wii remote[slow like text messaging].

It was free when it was in beta form and if downloaded it before July 31st of this year you would get it free
