    Are you sure you want the 640Mb version the 320mb gives you the same performance at stand resolutions?

    BTW shop around a bit, that seems a lot of money for that card (use the Hardware Buyers Guide.

    You can find that card for $280 now. With a little patience and luck you can get it for as low as $230 when a super deal comes around.
