    Default about princesses

    i remember in a previous campaign, i obtained an alliance with another nation through marriage, but at the moment i have a princess outside of a hungarian settlement, and all i can do is either marry a general and turn him over to my side, or enter diplomatic relations and obtain a straightforward alliance.

    how do i do the 'other' type of marriage?

    The Faction Heir must be unmarried and you have to use a diplomat not a princess.
