HELP PLEASE!!!

Ok i downloaded platnum 1.9 and that all went fine, i click to start rome from the new icon and it starts then goes to the activision screen, then it blacks out and says theres something wrong with the script in data/desc_events_image it could not read the faction destroyed by person or something like that but it was there and all seemed to be fine so what do i do
